- 2 ounce coconut-flavored rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- Toasted coconut shavings for garnish
- Rosemary sprig for garnish
Pour juice, coconut rum and lime juice into a cocktail shaker over ice. Line rims of martini glasses with toasted coconut shavings, if desired. Shake contents of cocktail shaker and pour into martini glasses. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
